CENTRE EUROPEEN DES CONSOMMATEURS GIE

The European Consumer Centre Luxembourg (ECC Luxembourg) GIE is part of a network of 30 ECCs in the European Union, as well as in Iceland and in Norway (European Consumer Centres Network – ECC-Net). We inform consumers about the European consumer law and European policy in the field of consumer issues. Furthermore, we advise consumers in cross-border issues and assist them in their cross border disputes with a company registered in another EU country, in Iceland or in Norway. Our services are free of charge. The Centre is financially supported by the European Commission, the Luxembourg government (Ministry of Consumer Protection) and the National Organisation of Consumption (Union Luxembourgeoise des Consommateurs, ULC).
